Character Overview
Nataku is the protagonist of the story and has been a Valkyrie under higher Aesirs such as the Jade Emperor Izanagi and Queen Izanami for as long as she could remember. She is also known as the Battle Goddess/Aesir, Fighting Goddess/Aesir, Princess of War and Goddess/Aesir of Victory. Her primary role is to watch over Valhalla and Asgard. This involves commanding and training Valkyries and warrior souls, carrying out various missions and taking charge of Asgard's safety. She is sent on a mission with the sons of the Divine Couple, the Princes of Asgard - Odin and Loki, to search for and retrieve the Sealing Runes.
Author's Notes
Originally (as far as I know), Nataku is a Chinese Hero. The same name appears in Shinkidousenki Gundam Wing as Wufei's wife and nickname for the Shenlong Gundam, Gensomaden Saiyuki as the God of War and other animations (or anything else) I have no knowledge of. From what I know, some depict Nataku as the god of war. Infusing this knowledge with my love for Valkyries, mythology and the name itself, I created Nataku.
Among all of my created characters from past to present, Nataku is my most favorite (if that was redundant, do tell) character because I have derived her from a part of myself. I consider her as "the half of me that people barely see… and would never understand".
